GOLF NETWORKING EVENT

Our golf networking event will take place at the exclusive and private Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, TX—home to the renowned Fazio Course, a championship 18-hole layout designed by world-famous architect, Tom Fazio. This course attracts players from across the globe for its exceptional design, which seamlessly blends strategic complexity with natural beauty.

With its rolling fairways, dramatic bunkers, and impeccable conditioning, the Fazio Course provides a dynamic and rewarding playing experience for golfers of all skill levels. Its reputation for hosting elite tournaments and delivering consistently pristine conditions makes it a destination course—ideal for those seeking both competitive play and a refined, memorable atmosphere.

Location: The Fazio Course at Stonebriar Country Club, Frisco, TX
Transportation: Provided from The Gaylord Texan to Stonebriar Country Club (approximately 30min travel time)
Breakfast Buffet: Available at The Gaylord Texan from 7:00AM—9:00AM prior to departure
Tee Times: Begin at 10:00AM
Lunch: Provided at Stonebriar Country Club during the golf activity

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

RULES:
Golfers are expected to maintain reasonable speed and adhere to marshals’ direction. All players should check in at the Pro Shop approximately 15 minutes before tee time. Forecaddie usage isn’t standard for Stonebriar, so if required for your group, arrangements should be confirmed in advance.

ATTIRE:
To ensure a consistent standard of play, Stonebriar Country Club asks that all golfers observe the following dress code:

All players (gentlemen, ladies, and juniors) shall be neat, well groomed, and wear proper golf attire. Acceptable attire includes long slacks, walking shorts, golf shirts with collars (men), sweaters, and golf jackets.
Lady golfers shall wear proper golf attire. Ladies golf shirts must have a collar or sleeves.
Jogging clothes, tennis or racquetball clothes, blue jeans, designer jeans, coaching outfits, halter tops, tank tops, midriffs, short shorts, cargo shorts, and swimsuits do not constitute proper golf attire and are not permitted.
Caps shall face forward.
The Pro Shop and Starter are responsible for and will enforce the dress code.
Golf dress code applies to the golf course and practice facilities.

CLUB SHIPPING:
For attendees who wish to ship their golf clubs, please note that this will be at your own expense. Clubs should be shipped to:

COURSE MAPS:
For your convenience, two Fazio course maps are available: a complete map outlining all 18 holes, and an interactive hole-by-hole map featuring par, handicap, yardage, slope information, and professional tips.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Lunch will be provided. Beverages and additional food on the course are to be billed to the players at their own expense, and are not reimbursable.

PRO SHOP:
The Pro Shop at Stonebriar is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (closed Mondays), offering premium golf attire, clubs, balls, accessories, and branded merchandise reflecting the Stonebriar logo identity.

TRANSPORTATION DETAILS:
We will have (2) minibuses for golfers. Tee times start at 10AM, and following suit thereafter, every 5-7 minutes. Therefore, two shuttle times will be offered—one at 8:30AM (those that want to get some practice swings in before hitting the links, and those playing their own ball), and another at 9AM. Buses will pick-up golfers at The Gaylord Tour Bus Lobby.
