What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM.
What should I wear?
The weather in Frisco is projected to have high temperatures near 90° and low temperatures near 70°. Omni PGA in Frisco is a resort so it is appropriate to wear resort casual and resort evening attire while on property with the exception of business meetings and the awards dinner. A Visual Style Guide is provided with recommendations for what to wear during the week's event. Alternatively, you may observe the following:

Will I have time for my own leisure activities?
Yes! Following the business meetings Monday morning, and for those not participating in the coordinated golf networking event on Tuesday, you will have ample time to enjoy the resort amenities or travel off-property to explore Frisco, Texas!

Are all of our group activities, meals, and meetings on-site, or are we required to leave the Omni property for this event?
All required business meetings, coordinated group activities, and meals are on the resort property, and do not require transportation.

Are business meetings required?
Yes. Associates are required to attend business meetings.
What information do I need to know if I am attending the event as a booth exhibitor?
Setup and Schedule :
Sponsors should plan to check in and set up their booths in the Wanamaker West Foyer between 12:00PM and 6:00PM on Sunday, September 20. Each sponsor will be provided with a 6-foot by 30-inch table with navy linens. Sponsors planning to provide swag or giveaway items are asked to bring approximately 75 items.
Attendees will visit sponsor booths on Monday, September 21, from 6:30AM to 8:30AM and again from 12:00PM to 2:00PM. Booth teardown and removal should take place immediately afterward, between 2:00PM and 5:00PM.
Shipping Materials:
All conference and booth materials should be shipped using the address format below. Materials shipped to the Omni PGA Frisco should arrive no earlier than September 15. Packages arriving earlier could be charged a storage fee (see additional details below).

Packages are recommended to arrive at the resort within 48 hours of the event date. Any materials or packages with excessive weight or value require prior approval from the resort prior to shipping.

What expenses will I have for the event?
BEVERAGES:
Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided during catered events at no additional charge. Alcoholic beverages (and any gratuities for bartenders) shall be at your own expense, per company policy.
Note, sponsors are prohibited from purchasing alcohol for associates during events such as this.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities during your stay for porterage/luggage service, housekeeping, scheduled group meals, and golf caddies, will be covered by the company for associates only. Any additional gratuities for services not listed here shall be at your discretion and expense, and should not be submitted for reimbursement.
MEALS:
Meals (i.e., breakfast, lunch, dinner) for all attendees, as well as to-go breakfast options for associates and their guests only, are provided at no additional charge. Any additional meals or snacks outside of these catered events will be at your expense, and are not reimbursable.
TAXES:
The following is specific to associates and their guests only:
Food and beverages will not be taxed for associates, but will be for guests. Spa services are taxed for both associates and guests. Golf is considered a networking event with product partners, and will not be taxed for associates, but is taxed for guests. Optional gifts that are provided and accepted will be taxed to the associate for any value exceeding $100.
VALET PARKING:
Expenses associated with valet parking shall be at your own expense with the exception of Master's Club tier qualifiers, who will receive complimentary valet parking.
