What if the weather forecast is calling for inclement weather, excessive heat, or high winds during the times slated for outdoor activities and gatherings?
Should weather be of concern for any of our group outdoor activities and/or gatherings, announcements will be posted on the homepage of the AWM 2024 Masters Circle Event google site, which may be accessed at https://www.awmmasterscircle.com.
For this year's event, all coordinated group activities and meals are on property. For outdoor meal gatherings, back-up locations are as follows:

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM.
What should I wear?
The weather in Frisco is projected to have high temperatures near 90 and low temperatures near 70. Omni PGA in Frisco is a resort so it is appropriate to wear resort casual and resort evening attire while on property with the exception of business meetings and the awards dinner. Please follow this guide below:

Will I have time for my own leisure activities?
Yes! For those not participating in the coordinated golf networking event on Monday afternoon, you will have all of Monday afternoon, as well as Tuesday after the business meetings, to enjoy the resort amenities or travel off-property to explore Frisco, Texas!

Are all of our group activities, meals, and meetings on-site, or are we required to leave the Omni property for this event?
All required business meetings, coordinated group activities, and meals are on the resort property, and do not require transportation.

Are business meetings required?
Yes. Associates are required to attend business meetings. Guests may only attend the meeting on Tuesday morning for our lifestyle speaker.
What information do I need to know if I am attending the event as a booth exhibitor?
GENERAL BOOTH INFORMATION:
If you plan to have an expo booth, please use the Omni Form if you need something other than the 6-foot table provided. Platinum Sponsors are provided with electricity and internet.
SCHEDULES:
Sunday, September 15 — 12PM to 6PM
Sponsor booth setup will be located in the West Pre Function Area in front of Ballroom D.
Tuesday, September 17 — 9:30AM to 12:00PM
Sponsor booth tear down may begin as early as 9:30AM, but all booths must be torn down by 12:00PM.
Monday & Tuesday
Associates will have opportunities to visit sponsor booths before and after business meetings and during breaks.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:
Regarding promotional items, you are welcome to provide items of your choosing, whether it be smaller items placed at your booth or larger items and raffle tickets to be randomly drawn and given to associates during the business meetings.

HANDLING FEES:
Packages are recommended to be delivered to the hotel within 48 hours of the date of the function. The resort must approve packages or materials of excessive weight or value for receipt prior to shipping. There will be fees assessed for all deliveries. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact your CSM. All incoming and outgoing packages, crates, and pallets will be billed at the prevailing rates set forth by the UPS Store at the Resort. What expenses will I have for the event?
BEVERAGES:
Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided during catered events at no additional charge. Alcoholic beverages (and any gratuities for bartenders) shall be at your own expense, per company policy.
Note, sponsors are prohibited from purchasing alcohol for associates during events such as this.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities during your stay for porterage/luggage service, housekeeping, scheduled group meals, and golf caddies, will be covered by the company for associates only. Any additional gratuities for services not listed here shall be at your discretion and expense, and should not be submitted for reimbursement.
MEALS:
Meals (i.e., breakfast, lunch, dinner) for all attendees, as well as to-go breakfast options for associates and their guests only, are provided at no additional charge. Any additional meals or snacks outside of these catered events will be at your expense, and are not reimbursable.
TAXES:
The following is specific to associates and their guests only:
Food and beverages will not be taxed for associates, but will be for guests. Spa services are taxed for both associates and guests. Golf is considered a networking event with product partners, and will not be taxed for associates, but is taxed for guests. Optional gifts that are provided and accepted will be taxed to the associate for any value exceeding $100.
VALET PARKING:
Expenses associated with valet parking shall be at your own expense with the exception of Master's Club tier qualifiers, who will receive complimentary valet parking.
