SPONSOR BOOTHS

Setup and Schedule :
Sponsors should plan to check in and set up their booths in the Wanamaker West Foyer between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 20. Each sponsor will be provided with a 6-foot by 30-inch table with navy linens. 

Sponsors planning to provide swag or giveaway items are asked to bring approximately 75 items. While sponsors are welcome to provide items of their choosing, we encourage practical, travel- and leisure-friendly giveaways such as:

• Sunscreen

• Pool or beach towels

• Drinkware

• Umbrellas

• Waterproof phone cases

• Phone ring holders

• Collapsible coolers

• Golf towels

• Rechargeable handheld or neck fans

• Wine bottle openers

• Hand sanitizer

• 4-in-1 charging cables

• First-aid kits

• Flashlights

• Roll-up blankets

Attendees will visit sponsor booths on Monday, September 21, during the following times: 6:30AM–8:30AM, 10:00AM–10:30AM, and 12:00PM–2:00PM. Booth teardown and removal may begin immediately following the final attendee session and should be completed between 2:00PM and 5:00PM.

Shipping Materials:
All conference and booth materials should be shipped using the address format below. Materials shipped to the Omni PGA Frisco should arrive no earlier than September 15. Packages arriving earlier could be charged a storage fee (see additional details below).

Delivery Timing & Restrictions:
Packages are recommended to arrive at the resort within 48 hours of the event date. Any materials or packages with excessive weight or value require prior approval from the resort prior to shipping. 

Handling & Storage Fees:
All deliveries are processed through the on-site UPS Store and are subject to the following weight-based inbound AND outbound handling fees:

• Carrier Envelopes/Padded Paks: $5.00

• 1 to 10lbs: $7.00

• 10.1 to 21lbs: $15.00

• 21.1 to 41lbs: $25.00

• 41.1 to 60lbs: $50.00

• 60.1 to 100lbs: $75.00

• 100.1lbs (or greater): $120.00

• Crates & Pallets: $250.00

Storage Fees (per package, per day):

• 1 to 4 days: $0.00

• 5 to 7 days: $15.00

• 8 days (or more): $25.00

• Crates & Pallets: $200.00
